BENZI´s headquarters are located in Santander, Spain, and support a large network of agents and distributors spread across all major countries. In 2010 we established a second office and warehousing in Miami, USA, in order to introduce our products and give our best customer service to the North American and Central American markets.

Unless stated otherwise herein, the relationship between Benzi and its Users is exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions that are deemed read and accepted by the User. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, please do not use the Site.

Benzi may from time to time amend the Terms and Conditions by posting such change at the Site. Use by you after such changes have been posted shall constitute the acceptance of such changed terms. The last review of Terms and Conditions was made on the 19th September 2012.

Use limitations and intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in this website are owned by or licensed to BENZI ®, a registered trademark of the company PRODUCTOS BENZI, S.L

All brand names, product names and titles used on the Site are trademarks or trade names of Benzi or third party trademark or trade name holders. You are not allowed to use or reproduce any such trademarks or trade names as they may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights. All Site design, texts, documents, movies and other services and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all other material on this Site are protected by copyright of Benzi or its suppliers. You are only allowed to electronically copy and print portions of the Site to the extent that is necessary for the purpose of placing an order, or for using the Site as a shopping resource. You are not allowed to make any other use of the information and materials on the Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or (re)publication. Should you wish to use materials and information from this Site, you need to obtain Benzi's prior written consent.

Accuracy of content

Benzi makes its best effort to keep the information on the Site updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors on the Site. The information and other material published on this Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The weights, dimensions and volumes of the products are approximate only. We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Changes are periodically made to the information on the Site without notice to you. Benzi reserves the right to change the Site at any time, at its discretion. Benzi does not warrant that the functions contained in the Site or any materials or content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Benzi shall not be liable for the use of the Site, including, without limitation, the content and any errors contained therein.

Cabin carry-on/hand luggage restrictions: while we make efforts to ensure that items listed as cabin carry-on/hand luggage meet current airline restrictions, we cannot be held responsible if an airline applies other check-in standards or if airlines or airports change their restrictions.

Online Ordering

The moment BENZI decides to enable the ability to place orders online, you will be able to place an order as long as you are over 18. When ordering for the first time, you will be asked to fill in a form and open an account with us. All steps necessary to order will be detailed on our Site. The ordering process consists of the following steps: 1. Add the products you want to purchase to your basket; 2. Choose your delivery method; 3. Enter the delivery address; 4. Enter your billing address together with the payment information; 5. You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions; 6. Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection and check the total price of your order including shipping charges. After submitting your order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an e-mail containing your payment status. As soon as the goods are shipped, you will receive a notification (the "Shipping Notification E-mail"). All orders are subject to availability of the products at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Delivery restrictions - country of delivery

All items purchased through this website will be delivered in Spain or any other countries, once we set the procedure and delivery restrictions with the transport company we hire.

Sale Agreement

No sale agreement will exist between you and Benzi until Benzi dispatches the products. All information on our Website is an invitation to treat only and is not an offer or unilateral contract. Your order represents a binding offer by you to purchase our products. The sale will only be binding on us once we have notified you by means of the Shipping Notification E-mail that the goods have been dispatched to you. Benzi reserves the right to refuse an order, wholly or partially, in the following cases: If the product is not available; If your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; If your order is flagged up by the security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; If your bank transfer payment/reservation is not received within time; If we have reason to believe you are under 18; If we have reason to believe you are a reseller; If there was an error in the price quote; If we could not deliver to the address provided by you; In the event of force majeure. This means that if the products are displayed on our website but are not available or the prices are incorrect or incorrectly described, we will not be forced to sell them this way. Each and every contract will be construed and enforced in accordance with Spanish law, and both parts of the contract irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.


The price of the products you order is the price that is displayed on the Site at the time you confirm your order and will be confirmed on the e-mail confirmation confirming receipt of your order. Indicated tariff is for wholesaler. All prices are in Euros. VAT and exclusive forwarding charges are not included. If an error is found in the price of the products you have ordered or in the delivery charge, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for the sum that has been debited from your credit card for the products. Shipping costs are not included in our tariff. You will be informed of these costs when placing the order. Shipping costs depend on the amount of items per shipment and the delivery time you need. Shipping costs are determined for transport. We reserve the right to change our prices at any moment, but we will apply the rates prevailing at the time of order (as mentioned in the confirmation e-mail upon receipt of your order).


Payments of the goods through the website will be done by credit card before they are sent. Payment will be made in euros. We accept credit cards shown on the payment pages of the Web. Authorization of your credit card at the time of your order. As part of the authorization process, your bank will perform a hold on your account of the amount of the purchase order. Retention will be withdrawn after a number of days determined by your bank (for this purpose check with your bank). Your credit card will be charged at the time of product shipment. In the event that the amount cannot be charged, regardless of the reason, the order will be canceled immediately. In order to avoid fraud, payments made through this site will be managed with the security software provided by the banks involved. Please read our Privacy Policy for additional information on this matters.


All products for the American market will be delivered from our warehouses in Miami, Florida, and the rest will be delivered from our supply center in Santander, Spain. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the individual order confirmation to the User. Such timescales are estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon. Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the User and may lead to extra charges that will be recovered from the User. If your product is not delivered within the specified time, please contact comercial@benzi.com indicating your order number, shipping ref. number, name or email. This will help us to track your order and inform you of the delivery date. If we do not deliver the products within the estimated time, we are not liable for any delay incurred by us or consequences for any delay. All goods will be dispatched from Benzi. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact comercial@benzi.com with your client number or order number. If you have not received any item you ordered after 30 days from the date of the Shipping Notification E-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign off for delivery. You may accept that a delivery is signed off for by a person other than the User, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and is an adult over the age of 18. If there is no one present at the time of delivery, you will be asked to contact our courier service to arrange an alternative delivery date. Ownership of the products and the risk of damage to the products you are assigned at the time of delivery: If the packaging is damaged when delivery occurs, you should open the package in the presence of the courier in order to check the condition of the products. In case of damage to the products, you must write details of the damage on the delivery note and contact: comercial@BENZI.com Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.

Distance selling – right of retraction

BENZI guarantees total customer satisfaction. As a consumer, you have the right to inform the supplier of his right to retract the sale, without payment of any fine and without giving a motive, at any time up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Your right of retraction does not exist for personalized items. You may exercise your right of retraction by returning unused goods to Benzi. Please follow the procedure described hereafter: Step 1: Please contact comercial@benzi.com and mention your order number. We will send our return instructions to you by e-mail. The return is at your own cost and we will advise you of the cost of the return in the same e-mail. Step 2: Pack the item to be returned (only unused and undamaged items, in original packaging with authentic labels, accessories, instructions of use, guarantee leaflets). The original packaging will prevent damage while in transit. Step 3: Please print the return label and tape it on your return package/packages. The return label will comprise all required data in order to guarantee a smooth shipment (your personal data, our delivery address, the name of the courier). Step 4: Should you have any queries after step 3, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have no questions, then please have the goods returned to us within 7 days. Step 5: Provided that the goods reach us in good condition, you will be reimbursed within 30 days. In the event that the goods arrive incomplete or damaged, we will inform you that we cannot accept your return. Only goods purchased online on the Site can be returned. As for any other returns, we advise you to contact the store where you have purchased the goods.

Defective product or wrong delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged or do not conform with your order, please do not sign for receipt of the delivery note. Clearly note the nature of the damage and/or the discrepancy on the delivery note. You must notify us in writing of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery time by e-mail to comercial@benzi.com In the event of a manufacturers defect or in the event of a wrong delivery, Benzi will bear all shipping costs related to the return of the goods.

Limitation of Liability

The terms and conditions of this Agreement do not affect your statutory rights. We will not be liable for any damage (including without limitation loss of profit or loss of use) arising out of your use or delay or inability to use our Site, its content or any link to another website arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We will not be liable to you by way of representation (unless fraudulent), common law duty or under any express or implied term of the sale agreement for: 1. Any losses which are not foreseeable by both parties to the sale agreement at the time such sale agreement is formed arising in connection with the supply of the products and related service or their use by you; 2. Any losses which are not caused by any breach by us; 3. Business or trade losses. Our entire liability in connection with the sale agreement will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

Privacy Policy

We consider your privacy as very important and we want to be sure you are aware of and agree with the way in which we may use your personal information. You can find our Privacy Policy at our website.  By placing an order on the Site you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The Site may provide links to other websites. Please be aware that once you leave the Site and enter another website, you may be subject to different privacy practices and policies over which Benzi has no control and for which we are not responsible.

Use of information and suggestions by you regarding this Site

In the event that you provide Benzi, either on or through the Site or by post, with any material, information, suggestions or comments about the way in which Benzi conducts its business, or the operation of the Site, Benzi reserves the right to use such material, information, suggestions or comments at its discretion, with no compensation or credit to you. You hereby grant Benzi a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to utilize and publish such information and material, in whole or in part. However, use by Benzi of information by which you may be identified (such as your name, address, social security number and telephone number), will be governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, discussed below.

Use of your suggestions to Benzi regarding new products, features or processes

A submission will not in any way establish a confidential relationship nor will it place Benzi in the position of receiving a submission in trust and Benzi shall not be obliged and makes no commitment to treat or maintain as confidential such submissions.

Benzi shall have the right to retain any material submitted to it and to make copies and retain such material in its files.

No obligation is assumed by Benzi or may be implied by the receipt or examination of the submission unless or until a formal written agreement signed by Benzi and by you, and then Benzi's obligations shall be only as expressed in that written agreement.

Your appeal: You may terminate the application of the agreement at any time by ceasing to use this Website. This will be the only way to proceed with BENZI in case of dispute over this agreement or use of the Web.

Your details: In the event of termination of the agreement, EXPORTCAN and BENZI may delete and / or store data associated with the Web.

Governing law

Any dispute regarding the validity, the interpretation and/or the execution of the Terms and Conditions is solely governed by the Spanish law and the Spanish courts.

Entire Agreement

Legal Warranty:
Consumers are entitled to our legal warranty. This covers lack of conformity of the goods at the time of the delivery. The seller undertakes to replace or repair the concerned goods (or parts) free of charge. The seller reserves the right to exchange the article if the costs for a repair are disproportionate, or if a repair is impossible. The consumer has the burden of proof to show that defects that appear after a period of 6 months following delivery were in place at the time of delivery.

Commercial Warranty:

Benzi also offers an additional commercial warranty on certain products. For details of this warranty, please refer to the warranty card and/or to the Site.
